1. How far ahead should I order?

The earlier, the better! I recommend 4 weeks’ notice for most orders, and even more time for weddings or large events. Last-minute? I might be able to squeeze you in for a rush fee — just ask!

2. Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a 50% deposit secures your spot on my calendar. Without it, your order isn’t confirmed and your date could be booked by someone else.

3. How can I pay?

I accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and [Venmo @christinaseee, Cash App $iseechristina, Zelle, etc.].

4. Where do I pick up my order?

I’m based in Reidsville, GA. I’ll give you the exact address after your order is confirmed.

5. Do you deliver?

Sure do! Fees are based on mileage from Reidsville. Check out my Ordering & Policies page for exact pricing.

6. Do you ship desserts?

Some treats ship beautifully, others… not so much. Ask me about shipping for the item you have in mind.

7. What about allergies?

I bake in a home kitchen that may handle nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and other allergens. I’m careful, but I can’t guarantee a 100% allergen-free product.

8. Can you make my exact Pinterest cake?

I can absolutely be inspired by it — but remember, every creation is handmade, so there may be small variations. I promise it’ll be just as beautiful (and delicious).

9. What if I’m late for pickup?

Please arrive at the scheduled time we agreed on — I may have other orders, deliveries, or commitments.

10. How do I store my desserts?

I’ll give you storage tips when you pick up so your treats stay fresh and picture-perfect until the big moment.

11. What’s your cancellation policy?
