Hi, I’m Christina!
The heart and hands behind Blessed Batter.
I’m a California girl turned Southern mama, veteran, wife, and believer in grace… and butter. I live in Georgia with my husband, our son, and five sweet (and slightly wild) dogs.
My interest in baking started when I was young, but my true love for baking started in the military, where I served for eight years in food service. What began as a job quickly became my passion. After leaving the military, I pursued my dream by attending Savannah Culinary Institue for baking and pastry, earning my degree while working at a luxury resort. Along the way, I also explored the world of healthcare from assisting in an orthodontist’s office to hospice care and completed nursing school just before giving birth to our son.
Even through changing careers, my heart has always come back to creating sweets, designing cakes, and sharing joy through the beauty and taste of desserts.
Blessed Batter is my way of sharing joy from intricately designed cakes to charming dessert tables, each creation is a labor of love, rooted in faith, family, and Southern hospitality.
When I’m not baking, you’ll find me hiking and chasing waterfalls, camping, tending to my garden, or soaking up time with my family.
Life is messy, sweet, and full of blessings, just like a good cake.
